It's been a while since I have kept a journal on WBB, but it always has proven helpful in the past.

Here is my tentative routine, working around exams and whatnot. I'm fairly busy with school and work, so I'll only be lifting 3x per week for the time being.

Mon: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
Tues: Legs
Wed: Off
Thursday: Back/Bis
Fri-Sat-Sun: Off or Cardio

Currently sitting at 6'1", ~175. Looking to do a clean bulk to 190.
