Ive only recently started doing this, and man...it has totally rejuvinated my enjoyment of grilled chicken. Below is a link. What I do is take the bag of thawed out breasts (from Target, Sams, Grocery etc.) and fill it with a kitchen bowls worth of water, 1 cup sugar, and a 1/2 cup salt. Let it sit for an hour or two (most sites suggest more), and then grill 'er up!

It almost makes it taste like Turkey. Its a little sweeter than standard chicken, far more moist, and far more flavorfull. Its like a whole new beast.

By the way, you can do the same for T-day turkey. Take it for what it's worth from someone who loathes turkey.
