I dont mean what you eat, I mean how many times a day do you eat and how much?
for example, I've been doing 3 meals a day and overfull each time, no snacks in between. Not sure if this is best.

8-9 times a day. meals vary from 300 cals to 1200 cals.

You'd probably have an easier time getting in the calories if you ate more meals a day. I personally don't even really have set meals, I just eat all day long, anything from chicken, tuna, steak, ground beef, potatoes, eggs, pasta, natural PB, olive oil, milk, cottage cheese, beans, etc. to protein powder, burgers and fries, subway and other fast food. If your trying to stay lean while you bulk it takes a bit more planning but is still relatively easy. If not just make sure you get enough protein and fill up the rest of your caloric needs with whatever.

I eat 6 meals a day. My first 2 meals usually exceed 1500 calories. I eat a total of 5,000 calories.
3 or 4 shakes thru out the day as well.

5-6x aday. Eat everything I can. Drink lots of Whole Milk. Half & Half as well.(on sale of course) :)

eat. Hungry, eat. Not hungry, eat anyway. Really not hungry, then grab a shake. I pick a calorie goal and do whatever it takes to hit it.
fast food, high protein food, junk food, soda, whole milk
