I did them yesterday and worked with 135 for 20 and two sets of 225 for 20 and honestly felt nothing then or now. I'm wondering, due to my pulling style and how It's damn near a stiff leg'd dead if I'll still benefit from this exercise. Maybe bump the weight up to 275? I was told that was a no no with this exercise though. The reps comes quick and easily.. as long as I don't drive my ding into the bar at the top anyway. :eek:

the point of them isn't to make you stronger. its a rehab exercise.

The other thing you could do though is fix your deadlift form so its not quite so stiff legged LOL
