OK, I've seen the ad in several magazines for these. Chicken breasts covered in French's fried onions (available in canned veggie aisle of grocery store). So, tonite I tried it. REALLY good!

chicken breasts
Light mayo
fried onions

Preheat oven to 400F.
Pour fried onions into a plastic bag, and bust them up until small bits.
Rub mayo all over chicken breasts, and coat with the fried onion bits.
Bake at 400F for 20-25minutes, until no longer pink.

Chicken came out really moist, and the coating is great. I don't know about numbers, don't care either.

The recipe in the magazine ad, and on the can of fried onions calls for a beaten egg instead of mayo to "glue" the coating to the chicken, but I read a review online where they tried 4 "glues", and mayo or butter were best (I'll try butter next). Egg was OK, and mustard was last. Yogurt might be OK too, since I've tried it with other recipes.

Give it a shot.
