Just curious what most peoples stance is on bulking/cutting nutrition and calorie intake on off days. Ive posted this elsewhere and was surprised by the results.

I'm bulking right now and eat the same amount every day. On a cut I'll eat more on workout days than non workout days.

Generally I eat the same amount. On my days off I still find myself ravenous and eating everything in sight. I generally won't force myself to eat on non-workout days though, just going by appetite.

I eat 500 more calories on workout days in pre, during, and post workout carbs. Other than that my diet is the same on off days.

I eat typically eat less on off days, mostly because I have a protein shake an hour before workouts and immediately after. Other than that, off days are about the same.

cutting now....so I usually eat more on workout days and less on rest days
when bulking I'll typically eat at maintenance on rest days and 300-500 over on workout days

Same, it's usually from pre and post workout food.

I eat about the same, normally bump things up a little bit pre-workout and post-workout but on the off days have more time to actually make a good dinner.

I normally just avoid carbs on non workout days in a cutting season while still getting my fats/protein. It's winter time now though so I usually just eat the same everyday. Tis the season to grow!
yeah I have less cals on an off day but not much less.

I know i'm a chick and all, but I don't alter my diet all too much depending on the day.
