Whenever you want really... There's no limit as to when you can start using them.

Wrist wraps are great, they will save your wrists, especially if you're a low bar squatter.

Thanks.. How would I go about knowing what size to get for either wrist or knee wraps I was thinking of getting inzer brand and would have to order them online but not sure the sizes i would need. Any suggestions on how I can find my sizes out? Thanks guys.

It depends on what federation you lift in. Some feds have a 2.0 meter limit on knee wraps. Some feds you can go up to 2.5 meter wraps. In my opinion, I would check the rule book, and get the longest allowable wrap for both the wrist and knee.

My wrists thanked me after getting wraps for squatting. My right wrist used to take a beating (injured it years ago and it would get a bit touchy sometimes) from my heavy squat sets.
