The past few weeks I've been having this as a late night, slow digesting snack.

Mix up in the blender
- Milk (2/3 Cup)
- Cottage cheese (1/2 cup)
- Couple spoonfuls of Peanut Butter
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 1 Graham Cracker

Pour that out into a small bowl, and mix in a single serving of the Instant Jello flavor of your choice (I prefer cheesecake or chocolate). Refrigerate for 5 minutes or so and enjoy. Tastes pretty good and keeps me full a great deal longer than a handful of peanuts.
