At least I think it is pretty good. Real simple recipe, great taste and high in protein and calories.
What you need:
1lb hamburger (I use 93%)
16oz can re fried beans
8oz sour cream
2c. shredded cheese (I use mild cheddar)
2tbsp taco seasoning
Preparation:
In a deep skillet brown hamburger. Turn heat down and after draining grease add re fried beans, sour cream and taco seasoning. You can add more seasoning to taste. Add cheese and stir till thoroughly mixed. You may need to turn heat up a bit to melt cheese. I divide this into 3 servings. Use tortilla chips of your choice and enjoy!
