I have been lifting since September 1, 2008. I started at 184 pounds and am now 195 as of this morning. I eat 3500 calories a day, almost entirely meat and protein powder. I currently lift 3x a week on a FB routine.
Tuesday:
Squats: 5x5
Military Press 5x5
Pullups 3xF
Upright Row 3x8
Crunches 1xF
Barbell Curls 2x8
CG Bench Press 2x8
