I have been lifting since September 1, 2008. I started at 184 pounds and am now 195 as of this morning. I eat 3500 calories a day, almost entirely meat and protein powder. I currently lift 3x a week on a FB routine.

Tuesday:

Squats: 5x5
Military Press 5x5
Pullups 3xF
Upright Row 3x8
Crunches 1xF
Barbell Curls 2x8
CG Bench Press 2x8

Thursday:

Lunges 2 x 6
Leg Curls 2 x 6
Pull ups 4 x F
Millies 2 x 8
One arm bent over rows 2 x 10
Dips 1 x F
Dumbell chest press 2 x 10
Hammer curls 2 x 10
Pressdowns 2 x 8
V ups 1 x F

Upped the reps a bit today to try and stim a bit more hypertrophy. I'm even weaker than I thought after 5 reps. Damnit!
