Thats right kids, Will from 1-0-7BB is going to start keeping a diet log of his daily intake...up and thru the holidays and for the new diet he has planned for after new years.
Current Stats:
Height: 76"
Weight: 305lbs. (as of this morning, the same time I weigh every day)
Bodyfat: According to the cheap calipers I own 17%
Sports Supplements Used:
100% Whey Protein
Mens Multi (morning pack)
Mens Multi (evening time)
ZMA
Amino Tablets
Dessicated Liver Tablets
Fiber Supplement
Fat Burner
Currently Drug Free (for now anyway)
Stay Tuned

Final Meal last night after training:
It was $.75 taco night at the bar I frequent, so I'll let your imagination run wild with that one, choked 10 of those down with 4 Boulevard Wheats while I watched the NFL game.
