to say that we should intake protein everday according to ur 1/1.5g pounds of ur bodyweight?

Depends on your goals. If you're bulking, then yes, its a general rule of thumb.
Even when you're cutting weight, you don't want to under-consume protein -- to maintain muscle mass, you have to have protein. 1-1.5g/lb is a good thing to stick to.

one more question,can i eat rice in the morning cause i found out my tummy became fatter after eating it,been eating for 4 weeks plus

I'd skip the rice and eat raw oats. If you don't like the taste, add a little brown sugar.
