Ya know... everyone keeps talking about how sore they get when they use prop or how sust makes em sore cuz of the prop in it. When sticking my quads n glutes, I've never really gotten that. I didn't know if I was just lucky or what. I started doing site injections with prop... and I think that I know what everyone's been talking about now. It's still not as bad as I've heard some people talking about... but damn, that kinda makes ya sore. I did delts first, which were a little sore afterwards. I just hit my pecs like 2 minutes ago... and holy crap, I hurt. Hopefully this wears off right quick like with my delts. I worked my chest pretty hard in the weight room this morning... and my hands were shaking like crazy when I stuck myself... so that's prolly part of it. I'm probably gonna be sore just from working out... and on top of that the prop isn't gonna help is it? Heh heh heh. Ahh... love it.
