im about 190 pounds in these, although, i cant see a whole lot of difference between these and the before ones, but there is around a 10+ pound increase.

Really nice progress.

I read in your original pic thread that you are 100% natty (in other words, not even supps). ais this still the case, b/c thats how Im kinda training as right now and that original transformation is inspiring me to try getting big without supplements.

Natual just means no steroids. Has nothing to do with supplements.

i dont have a journal, and my legs are pretty small. i just do low reps high weight (for me) and do the compound lifts. i drink a lot of milk too.

i actually NEVER do any incline. i bench once a week, and OH press once a week. both heavy with low reps, im going to start a journal when i start that 10 week coan-phillipi deadlift program.
