Hey guys. It's been a while since I've posted on here. But I'm getting back into things this semester after having had pneumonia for almost three weeks and loosing close to 15lbs and A LOT of strength with it to go a long with a rough semester. I'm joining the powerlifting club here at school and this is the routine they gave me. I think it looks pretty good, it's simple enough where I can definitely fit in with my schedule. Please feel free to critique as much as you want.

I'm attaching the excel file. All exercises will have a 2-3 set warm up before hitting the work set. One cycle is one week

Also, some of the accessory exercises I'm going to have to change the starting weight on, he didn't have numbers for me on them when he made the program
