for personal track keeping of...my..lifts.. im maxing out at the end of everymonth until May. i was wondering if it would be acceptable to max out on deadlift, squat and bench all on the same day. or should i take three days, one lift a day? or perhaps deadlift and bench one day, squat the next?

I train a slightly different style (Sheiko) than others on this board. That said, when I test my maxes, I test all 3 lifts in the same day to simulate actual competition conditions. I have also tested my deadlift and squat one day and my bench on another, the only difference was the length of my session.

I would max on all the lifts in the same day.If you ever plan on doing a full meet thats the format.
Another thing,why max once a month? Maybe do it once every 2-3 months.You'll like the results way better.
