Hi Guys,
I am going back on a bulk with this weight gainer

im looking to hit 3000 calories on non workout days, and 3650 on workout days

What I have in mind right now is

Non Workout Days: Take full serving in the morning, and 2 scoops at pre bed
Workout Days: 1 scoop plus 2 scoops of peanut butter morning, Full serving post workout, and 1 scoop 2 scoops of peanut butter prebed

Anyone ever use this gainer and have experience experimenting with when to intake it?

Why eat fewer calories on non-workout days?

I have never used that product, or any other Ultimate Nutrition products so cannot speak on results or effectiveness.

Best times to have a high calorie shake would be early morning and post-workout.

For a bedtime shake you would be better off with lower carbohydrates and a matrix of whey, egg, and casein protein (casein having the longest digestion time). Nitrean is a great option here.
