long story short,i've been on rippetoes since the spring and in the past months my gains have come to a HALT for some time now. my stats are in my sig. i have never maxed so idk what to say for that.. my bench press has actually regressed to the current working weight from 205x5. i feel like my body has adapted to the routine. any ideas to get my lifts back in the black?

What are your goals? If you want to compete I would suggest a Westside type program. If you just want to get stronger and look better take a look at Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program. You could use Wendler's program if you wanted to compete, but it's geared more toward raw lifting.
You'll get a lot of different opinions here. No matter what you choose to do;
- do it correctly, meaning follow the program, stick with it,
- work your ass off, need I say more?
- and eat right, and you will get stronger.

The ELITE Basic Training Book would be a great place to start also, worth the $$$.
