what is dextrose can i have it with a ckd diet becuase there is dextrose in the eca i take

dextrose is a carbohydrate. so i doubt you'll want to be taking it when on a ckd diet unless you are carbing up. how much dextrose is in your eca stack? (ive never heard this before)

Nope I don't think there is dextrose in your eca. What eca are you taking? Read the ckd article on this site and also look for Lyle McDonald's journal online. Look for it on google.
