Well the last month has been very productive for me. Lost my job and have been doing lots of courses etc so not been very active part from the gym. My last job was pretty physical would be shifting up to 9 tons a day so was quite draining. The difference in me is i was 108 kg's now i'm 115 kg's all weights etc have gone up so i'm chuffed.

Just everything about the picture was very English, particualrly the cramped, socialist, sixties house you stand in (no offense, mine is the same lol). Fairplay to you though, I saw your other bench video, you're one strong fella.

Edit: Out of curiosity, why does it say 8/1/2006 in the first pic?

Yer that was taken at my girlfriends place and is very cramped lol, and the place was also built in the sixties!! you're very observant :) . The date was just due to my battery on the camera running out and the date always seems to reset to 1/1/06 and the pic was taken a while later.

I'm actually a bouncer :) , i would prefer to be more toned but having more bulk and weight behind you is better for the work.

Thanks for your compliments.

Replace 'toned' with lean, always. Not that hard to throw around drunk guys, no matter how big they are. (It's more fun when they are bigger actually, because then you can really get into it without breaking them haha) Plus, being lean gets all the girls mate. :evillaugh:

Good going mate. I worked on doors till about 6 months back when i shattered one of my knuckles. Decided i was ready for a break after that.
