I stumbled upon the musclemedia article a couple days ago and while I was able to find a *few* articles about people's experience with this type of program, I haven't seen many. ABCE is "Anabolic Burst Cycling of Diet & Exercise" by the way. To summarize, it's two weeks bulk, followed by two weeks of cutting. The idea is you switch before you level off and your body adjusts. I'm considering doing this, and was wondering what, if any, people's results have been with these programs.
