Eating when sick/ill?

Feeling very rough - there is a lot of sickness in the area at the moment - went to the doctors the other day for something not connected - and since then been ill with sickness and the runs.

Anyone else sick at the mo?

Cant keep food down - have no appetite which is not normal and just hope it doesnt affect physique? everything will go back to normal (weight, etc) when i start eating like i usually do, again?

Will it affect my physique?

I just worry as i love training and i love eating properly.

Doing neither at the moment and worrying about how it will affect my physique, doesnt help things.

A few days won't matter.

I'm currently battling a head cold, but if anything I'm more hungry. I have nothing to do but sit at home and eat.
