View Full Version : Workout on vacation?

I will be on vacation for around 2 weeks and the place I'm going to only has a gym with machines and dumbbells up to 50 lbs. I don't want to loose any strength so should I find a different gym and pay each day or is there a routine i can use that is effective for maintaining strength.

Find a gym. Every vacation I have been on, prior to it, I'd be on google or something doing a zip code search or yellow pages for gyms in the area and then calling them for their information and prices. Usually you could get a pretty good price if you pay for a month membership (or 2 weeks if they have it).

IMO you won't lose anything in two weeks and sometimes the time off can do you good. Just take the time off.
