So im hoping this will be a good before and after shot for the future. Im 17, 5'8, and about 175 currently. Been training for slightly over a year. Started at 136lbs
heres some pics of me being 160, 170, and 175
Feel free to comment, good, bad or ugly. First one is a myspace typeish pic @ 160 XD

thanks :)! i got the tat last friday or saturday lol, the day i took the picture :) it was still shinny and red.

you started at 136 you said? thats about what i weigh naturally now, i wrestle tho so i mean im at 130 right now.
how long have you been lifting and like how many times you work out a week to put on 40 lbs like that?

I started two julys ago, so about a year and a half ago now. Didn't know what i was doing till about last january though. I saw my best gains doing a 5 day split, but i played around with 3,4, and 5s. I was really fortunate that my brother is a personal trainer and a competing BBer so he taught me alot and saved me alot of time.

Yeah mate definitely lookin bigger and leaner
