Just a little something so i can keep track of my progress.

Height - 5'11/6'
Weight - 180 lbs

Today i went to the gym but it wasn't a serious lift day. I usually take Saturdays off from heavy lifting and do a little abs/cardio.

Pullups - 3 x 10

Abs
Leg lifts? - 1 x 20
Crunches - 1 x 25
Machine Crunches - 1 set of 20 (100 lbs)

Cardio
5 min jog - 5mph
10 min on Eliptical - Increased resistance and crossramp
5 min incline walk - 10-15 incline, 3-3.5mph

Tomorrow is LEGS

Leg Extensions - 100x12
Seated Leg Curls - 100x12

Squats - 135x10, 165x10, 195x10, 135x20
Seated Calf Raises - 90x20, 95x20, 100x20
Glute Machine(Single Leg) - 60x10, 65x10, 70x10
Seated Leg Curls - 120x10, 130x10, 140x8
Leg Extensions - 130x10, 140x10, 150x10

Wide Grip Pullups - 3 sets of 10

Abs

Decline Bench - 135x12, 155x10, 185x6
Incline Chest Press - 90x12, 110x12, 140x12
Cable Cross Overs(1 Big Burnout set) - 70x8, 60x6, 50x6, 40x10, 30x12

Tricep Pushdowns - 100x12, 120x12, 140x10, 160x10
Tricep Extensions Machine - 50x12, 65x10, 70x7
Dips - 1 set of 10

Abs
Ab X Crunches - 3 sets of 25

Cardio
5 min jog - 5mph
10 min on Eliptical - Increased resistance and crossramp
5 min incline walk - 10-15 incline, 3-3.5mph

instead of doing so many cable cross overs why dont you do more sets of the flat bench press? Just an idea..
