Looking good man!

How do you like the tensioners? I've been thinking about grabbing a pair.

Ben,
The tensioners work great for a short guy with a wide stance. I kinda need them to keep the bands tight in the bottom of the squat.

The Sun,
The bands help overload the top end of the lift and also speed up the eccentric which teaches you to rebound with some explosiveness. The blue ones I used add around 100 lbs to each side of the bar...obviously this varies with the height of the lifter and tension of the setup and it loads as you come up; so it's not like truly squatting 605 when you use 405 + blues.

Are the tensioners the things that the band kind of weaved in and out of? I couldn't really see them too well if that's what they were. Does it just add a little bit of length to the stretch of the band?
