If anyone has a good program I can get offline to record my daily calories I'd appreciate if you posted it. Do a lot of you guys just use spreadsheets, or is there an actual program your using. Thanks!

sorry didn't see you said offline...I believe fitday has a downloadable version for a fee. Not sure of an equivalent free program.

I just set up my fitday account, it is so nice and easy. Especially since i can just add my own foods in, like my protein shakes and whatnot. thanks man!

Sorry to possibly hijack this thread, but FitDay says that my 'goal weight is greater than my starting weight'...erm...yes its supposed to greater than my starting weight. Has fitday turned into a non-gaining weight type of program or is it just my computer?

just tried to do the same thing....LAME
oh well, I only use FitDay for tracking calories...I don't care about anything else

yeah fitday does do that it seems. I don't mind really i just use it to monitor all my nutritional facts. But if you guys are shooting for goals or something through the program that is lame. I don't understand why it wouldn't let you put your goal weight heavier than your starting weight
All in all thought fitday seems to be a pretty sweet program to monitor your calorie, protein, fat intake. I like it. This is the first time i've used a program like it. One thing i am confused by are soups. I made up a huge pot of homeade vegetable beef soup today and i have no clue what the facts are in it. O well i'll just annihilate about 5 bowls and call it a night haha
