Just rediscovered this snack the other day. Just peel an apple or two, slice it up, remove the seeds, and dip the slices in some natural peanut butter. Delicious

Anyone ever try an apple and peanut butter smoothie?

Its freakin awesome,
1cup milk
1/2 light yogurt
1 apple
2 TS of natty pnut butter
2 scoops protein powder

Blend.
Consume.

Mmmmm keeps you regular too. This shake never gets old, sometimes I sub a banana for the apple post workout for the glycemic effects.

You sure it never gets old? Everytime I try to make a shake with pb I gag. I'd rather eat a bunch of pb&j sammiches

if you want to go fancy, try coring an apple, stuffing it with oatmeal (using egg-beaters or milk), raisins, and almonds, baking it in maple syrup or honey (or broiling), and then take it out and add PB to the top and garnish it w/ more nuts or raisins and some cinnamon.

i've tried baking it w/ the PB, but it seems to dry the PB out, taking away from the PB goodness

Great idea! How long do you bake it for?
