Finding a Pendlay bar

I am in search of a Pendlay bar or other high quality olympic bar. Does anyone know what I should pay for one? I found one on Iron Woody Fitness for $389 +40 for shipping, it is 28mm.

What bars do you guys use? Right now all I have is a 2inch thickbar.
