View Full Version : Sled Dragging workouts / Routines

I have a sled and a 45lb plate. I have been aimlessly dragging the sled with no real workout set in motion. I read on Elitefts where one guy used to just drag the sled for 15-20mins around the park while attached to a belt. i tried this and it is getting boring. i tried interval training with a friend and some drills but i didnt have a concrete method to what we did.
if anyone has set in stone workouts that they could reccommend, could you please post them, i would be great full
thanks guys and girls!

everywhere and anywhere, i have kettlebells at home, i squat and deadlift in westwood in clontarf, which, for a commercial gym.. is actually pretty decent. 4 racks and a heap of plates.
I used to train pretty much exclusivley squat bench and dead, but now with my farfetched aspirations of fighting mma. thats still changed.
I pulled 210 at 75kg last year, 255 pisses on that man. i saw your and hanleys vids a while back. sick men.

just a field out here in Blanchardstown. you get some looks, but if you train in a small group you "onlookers" more so. people have some curious heads, there's no doubt about that! ha
where are you from yourself man?

If you read under the "Exercise Index" under Sled Drag exercises you'll see tons of ideas.
Get some more weight as well.
I just made one out of a tire because its heavier by itself (I normally only have to add 2 plates) and it makes less noise
