I kept track of what i ate for one day and i'm eating 2800 calories, but probably more like 3000 on most days. is that enough for me to bulk with? I'm 165 lbs right now and i'm guessing my body fat is over 10%. I'm gonna do it again tomorrow and keep closer track of protein, and carbs. i think i'm not eating enough protein. given the 1.5 gram per pound i would need to intake 247 grams and i know i'm no wheres near that. this might be a stupid question and kind of gay, but it's ok to take in that much protein if your working out right? Just want to help out my routine anyway i can, i've had nice gains on my current diet/ training, but i want to get farther this time around. thanks

you dont NEED to eat that much, it just ensures that you have plenty of aminos to spare over your essential intake. and yes, its safe in a normal, healthy person.
