Ok I dont have time to eat anymore, its literally to tome consuming to make food...can i have a shake for breakfast, a snakc, shake for lunch, snack, good meal and a snack again?
Will this be easier for me. I am always soooooooooooo ******* busy.

Make your meals the night before...it'll act like a MRP.

You can't live on them things. I'm not sure whats in them, but there probebly full of sugar !!!???!?
Anyways, cook 400g of Brown rice during the weekend and put it in a huge bowl in the fridge with some salad and maybe some spuds and mix in with some tuna and .... well .... help yourself when needed.

Last time i checked the side of a tub of that stuff, there were like 33g of carbs per serving - 33g of which sugars. tuttut

I'd defiantly go against using them. About 5 years ago before I knew about proper nutrition, I had like 3 shakes a day. 1 for breakfast, 1 for lunch, 1 for snack, and then ate 1 meal or 2 a day. I ended up gaining fat on them. Stopped taking them and then starting losing fat.

Get some good quality protein shakes for when you're in a rush and cook up huge quantities of chicken on the weekends so you can throw it in a container with other stuff and have good food with you any time.
My favorite trick is to put one of those family packs of chicken (like 12 breasts) in the crockpot with a little broth and some seasonings and just cook it all day or all night. Then you have enough chicken for a loonnnnggg time and it's no fuss.

Sweets, read labels CLOSELY. Slimfast has practically no protein, and what is DOES have is crappy quality. All you'll get is a sugar rush and you'll feel terrible.
Better off to prepare a shaker with dry protein powder, and fix it on the go. That's what I do.
