I narrowed my grip for the last set and I had more push. The shoulder workout from the day before definitely set me up for poor numbers relative to my strength though.

Thanks, I love OHP. My max is 205 for 4 reps I believe; I have yet to do a true max. Swimming and polo trained my shoulders pretty well for it.

Finals were brutal, but thankfully I had better grades this semester than last. Now my summer started and I'm staying in Boston, so it gives me tons of time to focus on lifting. Which reminds me I have to update.

Thanks. I'm not skippping them intentionally. With leg accessory work I just happen to do what I feel I need most. Working everything else helps my DL's along anyway, so I don't really ever feel the need to do them. I'll be maxing in DL again in a few weeks though.

Yeah! It's the summer, so I don't have school to stress me out for now. I think adding in dumbbells on chest days and alternating between doubles and singles on ME days is also helping out tons.

As for the box, it was just about an inch below parallel. The last one was quite the grinder, but I held my form and pumped it out.
