is there any real power lift that is speceific to rounding out your shoulders? iim trying to get the canon ball shoulders

Get big shoulders by eating a lot and doing OH presses, bench presses, deadlifts, pull-ups, and other various exercises. Then, you'll get the "cannon ball" look by getting low bodyfat.
