I have power cleans as part of my workout regiment, My max for power cleans is 275, but I am able to get 290 and maybe more about chest high on the pull, i have trouble however sinking my hips and getting underneath the weight, any suggestions on improving this.

stretch and foam roll for 20 minutes a day, twice a day would be better.
