Do you guys have any recipes for shakes without using any powder ??

2 tbs. peanut butter, milk, banana, yogurt with fruit on the bottom.

for a pre bed shake, in a blender add, 1-2 servings of cottage cheese, some cocoa powder or syrup, natty PB, and some milk....Doesn't taste that bad to me like a cheesecake kind of.

cottage cheese is great. I eat that with yogurt mixed in every night before I go to bed on lifting days. great source of slow digesting protein

8oz of them egg whites from the carton, 8oz of milk, and some peanut butter.

3 cups milk, 1 cup peanut butter, .5 cup ice cream. You're bulking right?
