Here's a pic from Dec. of .06 Man I'm ashamed of how I looked back then especially compared to now I'm really happy that i did what i have about it.

In Spring of .07 I began my cutting and lifting VERY regularly. I ran 2miles a day as well as sets of sprints (they are recorded in a journal on this forum I wrote my time down every day, temperature and humidity as well and began to see huge progress.)

Here are some really recent-now pics of me:

Will do next time i have a camera around.

It's not hard at all to notice a big diffrence it's 6.4% BF diffrence and a huge ammount of muscle mass gain heck my bench is up 60-70lbs from then.

clothed or not clothed, I can see definite improvements.

Now then as for the football - running and sprints should make you sick at most sports but you NEED some squatting and deadlifting, as well as other lifts. Forgive me if you do this already but I haven't seen mention of that. Sled dragging and other strongman stuff would benefit greatly too.

SKS is great for hunting. that doe made it 2-3ft after being hit. if nothing else hell you got plenty of follow up shots with it. some people think the X39 is underpowered but I had a buck faceing me last year put the shot right in center of the chest went through the whole deer and exited and the hip. only complaint on the SKS I have is it weighs more than any of the other rifles i like to carry for deer.

and Ya AJ I deadlift and squat very often as well as many many other lifts.
