Great job. How did your arms feel? If I do anything more than 10 reps, they usually go numb.

Keep those elbows down! When it starts to get hard you're letting them come up which lets your chest cave, which lets your hips pop up. You're pulling your head back but you need to keep your chest up too!

Yeah, you're leading with the hips. I can't see where your knees are in relation to your ankles, but if your hips aren't close to your heels at the bottom it can be easy to shoot the hips. To transfer over to weightlifting, I'd work more front squats to get your back strong enough to hold the more vertical position. Or just back weight off.

You also might not be getting quite enough bounce out of the hole.

Thanks guys. That is really solid advice. I will most certainly take it into consideration. I have 2 months left on my current cycle then Ive got some serious movement changes that will be taking place.

LOL..I forgot I posted this.

You looked like you got shot there at the end, and were struggling to get to a phone (going to turn off the camera)to call for help.

Good job on the 225x13, though! I'm just messin' with ya!

Thats cool I wouldn't try to squat the bar 13 times unless I was near a defibrilator.
