You'll gain weight at 10,000 calories a day. You're welcome.

You can start with fitday.com. It'll tell you your maintenance requirements and you can track calories.

3500 would be a good start, then try working towards 4000 once you get in the habit of eating more. 5 days lifting is too much if you want to add bulk. You will grow from eating and resting. I had to learn that the hard way.

I agree. The guys that are gaining on 5xWeek, had to increase their work capacity to get there. Much like a gymnast who trains 6hr/day, they got there by being child athletes training 3hrs/day.

Impossible? 6000 calories meals have been done, just add a 4000 calorie meal in a 24 hour period. Very possible.

I'm sure I've done it many times.

I'm jealous, if I could eat 10,000 calories a day I would be one happy camper. I don't think I could eat that much in a day and I definitely know I couldn't afford to eat like that on a consistent basis. I suppose if I was using supplements for alternative means of calories I might be able to, but not from solid food.

Fat and sugar are you friends. 10k clean calories would be rough, but eat a few cookies, some nuts, some cheese and it all adds up really fast.

Please do a search on this site and look at the stickies. They have a plethora of information on helping you find out how many cals you need. It's not the same for everyone. We all have individual caloric needs. You need to eat... and you need to eat a lot... if you are not gaining. Have you been checked for hyperthyroidism?
