Why not find a gym now? That way you will be that much further ahead of everyone else your age... Take advantage of being so young, read up on here, learn as much as you can, start training as hard as you can, eating as much as you can, and start down the road to hugeness. No reason to wait.

yeah i just sit at my computer and read this forum its mad. but my parents are gay and im struggling to do 4 workouts a week coz they dont like me doing it on 2 consecutive days

Im not old enough to join a gym. In australia you cant join till your 16 because of insurance and that ****

no, i go to an inner city school in sydney and its not really sport based so all they dont really have many sporting facilities. But i have a big back garden so some times my dad might build a gym out the back (he's a bricklayer), so i can have a barbell and some proper equipment:strong:

As cut as they both are, they had to be bigger at somepoint to be able to cut to that bf% and still have that physique. If you're 14 you have alot of time to train ahead of you. Read this form, read everything. The best thing you can do is educate your self and use what you learn in the gym.
