I lost a good friend and traning partner Matt Cole on Friday. Matt was a great person and an animal in the gym. He will be missed.

Sorry for the loss, it has to be especially tough on everyone when it's a younger person that passes.

My prayers are with you, his family and friends. I watched the log press video and was AMAZED at the heart that he has, super strong guy! He looked so young, I am truly sorry for your loss, thanks for posting the vids, a true inspiration for anyone.

There was no quit in that kid forsure.


Matt was 23 when he was killed. He had held bench World records in the APA and WABDL as a JR.

Dang i am sorry about your lost that guy was a monster he had some great lifts and the washing machine carry video was awesome.I know it has to be rough but try to stay strong.again my condolences.
