So I've been on these forums for montsh check in everday and read up to gian as much knowledge as possible. thought i shoudl start a journal to track and get as much feedback as possible from you more experienced guys...
I'm 19, 5"10 and and 65kgs(145 lbs)
havent one rep maxed out in a while but will do soon enough to get my goals up and going..It looks like everyone does their lifts in lbs so i better start that..from aus eg. kgs. Well yeah cheers and any feedback is extremely appreciated
Edit: Obviously trying to bulk.. goals are gaining size and strength

Breakfast: Egg and cheese on wholemeal bread+banana
Lunch:Two toasted ham,cheese,tamatoe sandiwches
Afternoon:Some bun crap with icing, mi goren noodles
Dinner: 300g rump with mashed potatoe and pasta

Gym today:
Deads: warm up bar x 10

today did chest and tri's
Bench:
bar warm up

Flat fly's:

Dip's Body Weight:
7,6,5 (all i could do was stuffed)
Tricep push down:
50x8
55x6

Bit of ab work...
Breaky:bit of watermelon, peice of toast with peanut butter.
Lunch: maccas..lrge 10 nugget meal
Dinner:Spag Bol
ate a little through the day like muesli bars and stuff not as much as usual though..
any tips on today
