23 years old
31 inch waist
write here goes lost a fair chunk of weight and obviously muscle on a 1000 cals per day and want to get a mans figure bk lol. But am so confused as everyone gives different info.my mate said im toned i have a little bit of belly fat which hardly notices but i just cant fill out my clothes like i want to heres my diet
8.00-ready brek or shredded wheat with skim milk,multivit,cod liver oil
10.30-2 slices brwn bread,two boiled eggs
12.00-lift weights for 1 hour,20 mins running moderate pace
1.40-2 scoops dymatize whey in water
2.00-2 slices brwn bread or brwn rice,1 tin of tuna,2 boiled eggs
5.00-mixed veggies,skinless chicken,tin peas this changes every nite i also eat salmon,white fish,potatoe,brwn rice,steak etc
8.00-bananna or tinned tuna
lift 3 days per week every other day
i also feel i need a good solid workout routine to follow
i eat no junk
drink 3 litres of water
is my diet to few cals,not enougth protien or 2 few carbs
I woz told if you dont eat enougth you dnt build muscle and dont burn body fat as u can see i really need help so that im not wasting my time any feedback will be appreciated tankyou in advance

Use periods? Need more background info, i.e. goals, current routine, etc.

yeah my goals are basically getting a bigger solid build with more muscle definition i got no desire to be huge just wanna fill out a bit lol
my workout aint really good i no i do 4 sets of 10 reps on every weight machine x2 and 20 mins of cardio

well for starters 1000kcal a day is way below normal healthy limits.

pretty much everything you need to know is already on these boards, however, so id suggest reading all the relevant forums then asking about any points youre not sure on.

Ballerinas/Dancers eat about 2000-2500 calories a day. So you certainly won't get a "man's figure" on 1000 calories.

Stop worrying about writing everything down, just eat everything in sight. If you are lifting heavy you will gain more muscle than fat.

i eat more than a 1000 calories now so you guys suggest eat a whole lot more than what ive listed
also do u suggest lift heavy with lower reps

Exactly. I know this is plugged a lot but that is because it works Try Rippetoe's Starting Strength routine. You will see incredible gains in size and strenght if you are new to lifting. And eat your face off! You might be worried about getting fat, but if you are lifting heavy your new muscle will shine through any added fat!
