Now how should I mix it into drinks? Water, milk, etc. What is the best way?

Whatever way you like it. I can't remember the last time I used nitrean in a shake. I mix it with oats, pudding, cottage cheese, yogurt or bake with it. Breads, bars, pancakes, waffles, cookies, etc.

I ordered the Turbo Shaker. How much should I fill the cup up with milk or water if I use one scoop?

Depends on how thick you like your shakes. With one scoop you can go 6-8 ounces of milk for a thick shake, or 8-10 ounces of water for more of a thin consistency.

This is mostly personal preference and you will find what you like best through trial and error - if you want thick just start out with a little bit of water, shake it up, then add more if it is too thick for your liking.
