The squat isnt as Deep as id like it to be i thought i about hit parallel though.
I havent really been training it for a while so im going to train it for a little bit i think just to see what i can get up to, and work on getting deeper.
And the deadlift isnt anything really heavy im on like week 4 i think it is of the coan phillipi deadlift routine, so im just posting the progress im making on here.
Any tips for the squat are greatly appreciated ive never been a good squatter so im definately looking to improve this lift.
