i would slow down when brining the bar down to your chest and i couldnt really tell but try not to bounce the bar off your chest

From the angle provided, l'd say you also need to tuck your elbows more. They look pretty flared throught the lift. If you have a side view, post that as well. Could probably tell you a lot more then.
