Or is it only for equipped? I seem to be much weaker sticking my belly out when raw bench pressing. I am not as tight and lose my groove when I stick my belly out as far as possible and seem to get less rebound from the bottom.
I have less range of motion sticking out and bench pressing to my belly raw so maybe if I do this right I will get stronger.
