Here are my lifts from today's APA meet here in CT. I weighed 302. I was very happy with my performance because I have quite a cold. Also, there were only five of us competing in this event so I completed all three lifts in about a ten minute time span.
A special thanks to Rhodes and Drew for helping me out today. I can be quite a diva. I also want to thank Chris and Daniel. I feel confident the supplements from AtLargeNutrtion are helping me a great deal. I am hitting pr's at 39.

Are you wearing some kind of bench shirt in this video? It says Inzer on it, the only reason I ask.

We actually call them t-shirts around here. You can buy them on Inzer's site. I'd prefer you to buy EliteFTS, but that's cool.

Cenzo,
Awesome work today. I've been around you for 4 years, now. That was as impressive as your 600 unequipped. I'm looking forward to your run in Feb. It'll be a great ride. Talk to you soon, bro. Rest up! Go Cowboys!

Vinny,
That was just awesome. Strict as can be and strong! Congrats.
And I know what you mean about Atlarge supplements, I wouldn't be hitting the numbers I'm hitting without them.

awesome Vinny that is just some massive overhead strength. The way you handled that I would say you would be 475+ on the Push Press or maybe even close to 500lbs which is super elite levels of strength.

Thanks guys. It was a lot of fun. I am sick as a dog today. I'm lucky I did not feel this bad yesterday. Now it's time to focus on benching. I'll go back to seated ohp's. Sitting is much more fun than standing.
Rhodes, I think you look massive. Keep up the ME eating my friend.

I used the 5-3-1 method for about 5 weeks on my bench day. I would board press, bench, shoulder press on Friday's. Squat, crunches, and curls Sunday, and deadlift, t-bar rows, and underhand pulldowns on Tuesday.
I don't really train the movement. I do them seated on ocassion nowadays. I used to do them seated once a week. I just think it's residual strength.
