View Full Version : Suggested Calorie Intake (Cutting)

According to my digital scale im 180 lbs and 26% bf ( im sure the bf % is off cuz i dont look and feel it) **My goal is to get down to 165-170lbs and drop my bf % as much as possible while maintain my strength** Since ive started wbb 1.1 routine ive watched my diet and nutrition while consuming 1 gram of protein per pound. But only until recently have I started counting my calories and now im tracking them through fitday.com. Others have suggested 2600..? Is this sufficient for my goals?
Any suggestions or advice would be very helpful.

The only way to know it for sure is to do it and see. Everyone is quite different based on how much muscle they have and their activity level. I would go from what your eating currently and drop around 500 and see how that works for you. If your not losing drop another 200 etc.
