I haven't thrown up a DE bench video in awhile so I figured I'd put this one together.
As I'm focusing on raw training for the time being for the Raw Unity meet, I used thumb length from the smooth, pinkie on the ring and comp grip with 150lbs of chain.
My DE weights will be a little higher and my choice of ME exercises will change a little. I'm going to throw in cambered bar bench, arch bar bench while using 3brd as a secondary exercise on these days for lockout work. I'm very excited about this meet given that I'll have the opportunity to compete with guys like Ryan Celli, Scott Weech and Mike Tuschner.
